Overall good experience
Pros
No overriding complaints. The apartments are well-renovated compared to others in the area. Walls are paper thin: you will hear every time someone opens/closes their door or the building's front door.
Cons
Could be cleaned better. Lots of issues related to being an old building (piping leaks, hot water, etc.)
Advice to the owners
Building has improved in the time I’ve lived here.

Street is very loud, constant construction, water in showers would fluctuate between very hot and very cold while showering
