Pretty rough place
Pros
Happy to have rent stabilization at the bare minimum.
Cons
Abysmal heating, front door is permanently open, the ceiling falls through if it rains too much, the steps are worn completely away, no address number on the front of the building, shared bathrooms, ridiculous lofted bed height, inability to buzz people in, need I go on?

Buzzer in building has never been fixed, leads to issues with deliveries and stolen packages Some units could use updating Lots of issues with the hot water/heating system in building
