Pros
Able to paint the entire unit Good proximity from the train
Cons
Dirty hallway and the apartment was a disaster before it was painted and scrubbed from end to end. Connie was usually neurotic in the communication.
Advice to the owners
Invest in the building — the tenants would appreciate it.
