Nice sized master bedroom. Quiet in terms of noise from the street:

Neighbors can be excessively loud. Building has some issues with mice and bugs. Dirty tenants.

More excessive actions towards people who are too loud without considering their neighbors

Roaches crawling on doors going into people apartments . Building floors are filthy
