Nice apartment, great area, very quiet
Hard to contact landlord, a few roaches
Super is responsive.
The entire building has no heat, instead the landlord provided poorly functioning space heaters, which is not an adequate replacement or legal. The building is likely supposed to be rent stabilized but somehow the landlords have escaped this requirement. Would not recommend.
