Cheap and great deal for the location

Landlord is nonexistent you literally cannot contact him for help with anything and the trash is stink bc it’s kept in the ground floor

Many tenants have been there for years, all respectful Location is great
Cons
Not the cleanest in terms of trash/staircase maintenance Had some roach issues but was fixed with new pest management
