Nice apartment, poor management
Pros
It’s a smaller building with a few tenants which I like. Nice to know your neighbors. It’s a quiet street
Cons
There’s no super on call. The management moves at their own pace to fix things. Their response is terrible. When I live there the heat never came on when it should. I was threaten by management multiple times. When things are fixed they’re done in a very poor manner. Edit: 3/2024 I’m now over 2 months from leaving this apartment and I’ve yet to receive my security deposit.
Advice to the owners
Hire an on call super. Managed the building better from top to bottom.
