Beautiful, well-maintained building
Pros
The super was incredibly responsive and kind and the building was beautifully maintained. Loved the individual heating/AC units
Cons
Would love if the rooftop had more pleasant furniture

Gorgeous street and building
Pros
Street is one of my favorites in NY, building is gorgeous where people take pictures.
