Good value if you can deal with certain things
Pros
David is Awesome, the super. management is somewhat responsive to requests good location
Cons
Pest, roaches, random flies. saw a rat when I threw out the trash...twice on different days The location is near a hospital. you will hear ambulance a lot rent increase is way too much package got stolen a few times

A pretty meh living experience, given the area
Pros
The outdoor trash setup was pretty convenient.
Cons
Constant rodent problem in two years living there. The heat was non-adjustable and incredibly high, I ran my AC nonstop through the fall and winter. There was a mold-like discoloration on exposed brick management had no interest investigating.
Advice to the owners
Invest in adjustable radiator valves. Get a better intercom system. Consider fumigation, the rodent problem could get pretty ridiculous
