Decent price and location; unresponsive landlord
Pros
* 5 min from N train subway line * Modern appliances, in-unit washer/dryer * European windows that block off outdoor sound
Cons
* Landlord would take weeks to fix small problems (6+ weeks to get a roof water leak repaired) * Central cooling/heating is great when it works, but it would often trip and not function for long periods of time * Location is at the edge of Astoria, so limited activities available locally
