PUBLIC SPACE IS NOT SAFE

heat, trash is good
Cons
BIKE ROOM IS LOCKED BUT HAVE HAD MULTIPLE THINGS STOLEN. PACKAGES STOLEN. NO RESPONSE FROM LANDLORD. I THINK THE SECURITY CAMERAS ARE FAKE

nice apartment, great landlord
Pros
fairly well maintained by super. responsive landlord who takes care of issues in a timely fashion (!!!). nice area with lots of grocery stores and a couple cool bars/restaurants. big closets in the bedrooms and good lighting.
Cons
wish the laundry in the basement wasn't coin operated but other than that, nothing.
Advice to the owners
maybe a new w/d in the basement so tenants don't need quarters?
