Not worth it for the money

Location in Chelsea was nice
Cons
Heating pipes were extremely loud at night, sounded like a construction site. So many cockroaches and rats - I could hear them crawling in the walls at night, was definitely an infestation.

Okay place to live

Beautiful neighborhood Quiet street Respectful neighbors
Cons
Way overpriced (landlord spikes rent when she can) Cockroaches Old building is impossible to clean Unusable kitchen Not that close to the subway Renters are responsible for too much
Advice to the owners
Lower the prices, this building is not worth the rent charged
