Good For Price
Pros
Surprisingly affordable for the city, I haven't had any major issues that are noteworthy. Units are nice but the quality of things like the cabinets is cheap. You get what you pay for and it's definitely nicer than most apartments at this price. Honestly, it's nicer than some of the places friends live and they pay more.
Cons
This building has roaches!!! Reached out to management immediately and didn’t hear a word. Followed up the next day with higher urgency and still nothing. Left to our own devices to figure this out. Your neighbors will be so loud if you live on the second floor. You will hear people screaming (mostly children) in the lobby and you will hear it, even if all your doors are closed. So, freaking loud. Luckily no street noise on the side facing 124th unless a car playing loud music passes by. The gym is pretty small. The pillars in the rooms have random holes in them but no cause for concern.
Advice to the owners
If there are holes/dents in the walls of a unit, you should fix them before someone moves in.
