Great LES building
Pros
Building management is super helpful and live in super in the basement also able to help with issues. Great neighborhood and very functional apartments.
Cons
Not the newest, but all very functional.

Good building but high rents
Pros
Generally well-kept. Great super. Neighbors are very nice and helpful
Cons
Landlord willing to raise rent by a lot every year. Broker fee is high
Advice to the owners
Lower the rents
