Prewar Columbia apartments with modern finishes
Pros
Good location (cross streets Broadway and Amsterdam), really nice kitchen, comes partially furnished. Loved the eat in kitchen.
Cons
Linoleum floors in every room, very finicky finish in the walls, at the top of a hill.

This building felt very safe & secure. It was quiet and well located to campus.
Cons
Response times for service requests were sometimes slow.
