Love living here
Pros
Property managers are pretty responsive and the rents are reasonable for the area.
Cons
Definitely an old building which gets dirty quite fast - I wish the management was more on top of cleaning.

Not worth it anymore
Pros
The price (when I moved in) was decent for the neighborhood. Great bodega across the street, good proximity to restaurants. Rooftop access (kind of).
Cons
Landlords are terrible. Not responsive, so the bare minimum, do not care about the tenants. JWasser is the management company, they recently went viral on Tik Tok for their practices.
