Pet friendly, quiet street, clean building
Cons
Management is very unresponsive to maintenance requests. Laundry machines are gross and never cleaned/maintained.

Pros
Character. Amazing yard.
Cons
The management company will always take the cheapest route in repairs and are very selective with responses. Usually only if it benefits them do they respond quickly.
Advice to the owners
Spend a little more money and get someone qualified to do repairs with the items done correctly! Be consistent with your responses and who responds to the tenants. Fix all the dumb old stuff like the mailbox’s and things like that. A little goes a long way
