Great neighborhood. Attentive owners.
Pros
It's not modern but it's well maintained. The area is really nice and safe and it's close to Prospect Park.
Cons
The two-bedroom apartment is not very large. It is not like the size of full floor of a brownstone, but the price is right. And it's two separate private bedrooms, so that was good, not a railroad.
Advice to the owners
I have no complaints. It was one of my favorite places to live.
