Service is crap.
Pros
Quiet neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves. No packages are stolen if you aren’t home. Pest control twice before moving in.
Cons
Phone service sucks; have to get WiFi in order to get some type of service. Majority of the outlets don’t work. Haven’t had hot water in about a week now. Upstairs have noisy kids that can be heard running amok (good luck with sleep).
Advice to the owners
Please check the outlets and boiler.
