Great location but old building
Pros
Small number of units, fantastic neighborhood
Cons
Have seen mice and roaches in apartment and hall, sloppy repair work, old building so lots of leaks, sometimes super is quick to respond to repairs and other times not at all
Advice to the owners
Better quality repairs and workers, pest control
