Environmentally friendly buidling
Cons
Inadequate heat, inadequate a/c (both centrally controlled with extremely limited range for tenants, i.e. less than 10°F).
Advice to the owners
Provide tenants with adequate control of apartment temperature.

Parking garage…been asking for a year and a half for a spot no reply

This building is the worst my apartment is horrible i rather had been homeless on the damn street than to have lived here i fucking hate this shit if i didn’t have a year on my lease i swear i would go to the shelter
