Great space and great neighborhood
Pros
Really great light, great neighborhood, great neighbors. Landlord and Super are both responsive and my interactions with them been pleasant each time.
Cons
Only three complaints about my unit (front facing) were the noise levels from the street due to the proximity to Flatbush, the small kitchen size, and the noise from the radiator in the winter.
Advice to the owners
Fix radiator noise if possible.

Great management and lanlord
Pros
I love everything about this building. The management is super responsive and so is the landlord. The water pressure here is the best I’ve seen in NYC. Location is also great for the stabilized rent.
Cons
The only thing I would say is this is an old building regardless of good maintenance. Cockroaches could be found coming from drains in the summer.
