Surviving Chaos in a Noisy Neighborhood

Pros

There is an elevator, but it's slow, and going down the stairs is faster.

Cons

Living in this neighborhood was tough, really tough. It wasn't just about dealing with a bit of inconvenience here and there—it was like fighting a battle every single day. Picture this: you come home exhausted after a long day, hoping for some peace and quiet, but instead, you're greeted with blasting Latino music from the neighbors across. It's like there's no consideration for anyone else's need for peace and quiet. And the streets? They were a mess. Everywhere you looked, trashy homeless people with trash piling up, making it feel more like a dump than a place where people lived. It's not just unsightly, all you need is to walk to the homeless eatery on the corner of 109 and 5th. Even inside the building, there was no escape from the chaos. The noise from other apartments was relentless, like a constant assault on your senses. And don't get me started on the lack of courtesy from some of the residents. It's like they've forgotten how to be decent human beings, with loud music and radio during the day and parties late into the night and no regard for anyone else's space. Living there felt like being constantly on edge, like you never knew when the next disruption would come. It wasn't just inconvenient. It was downright exhausting. And it made it really hard to find any sense of peace in what should have been your sanctuary.

Advice to the owners

Employee more people to maintain this place. It reeks CHEAP.

Horrible management company

Pros

Big building with great apartments layouts.

Cons

There is not even a phone number to call management. They are non existent. There is an online portal and never answer. There has been several complaints and they never address them.

Advice to the owners

You should provide the tenants with a phone number, a super that works full time and your office address. There are big issues in the building that never get addressed. If something happens there is no one to call.
