Great Building.
Pros
- Super is amazing. Very attentive. - Great natural light throughout building. - Super clean!
Cons
- slight leak here and there.

Fine in winter but summer watch out
Pros
It’s convenient to subway and bus lines. If you luck out and your neighbors are clean and quiet good but if you’re neighbor is noisy you can hear every bit of noise.
Cons
In the summer cars are parked outside blasting music from 9am to 4am. There is no escape from the random street parties all week long. Random strangers roam in hallways of building.
