Overpriced considering there are 0 amenities. No closets in the entire apartment. Hot water constantly shut off. Had numerous cockroaches and mice. Packages were often stolen. Door to enter was so loud and creaky. Gaps in flooring and whole apartment was slanted. I have no idea how they get away with charging this much for so little. All around awful.

The worst apartment

Fun neighborhood for a young renter
Cons
Lived here for 2 years and had literally dozens of mice and a roach infestation. Was living here during Hurricane Sandy and after that we would have heat/hot water maybe one day a week for the rest of the time I lived there. And management was just unresponsive about the whole thing
Advice to the owners
I don’t even know, maybe tear it down and start over again?
