Beside the smell, its a good building

Very well renovated appartment They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove… Close to everywhere Good super
Cons
Dog piss Smelly building 24/7/365 If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021

It’s okay but could be better.
Pros
Right next to a park. Some pre-renovated apartments are a nice size.
Cons
Loud neighbors, slow response time and sometimes rude interactions from leasing department, slow response to get things fixed around the building.
