Have loved living here
Pros
The apartment is beautiful with original details (moulding, hardwood floors) and an updated kitchen. Very convenient to subway and lots of stores, restaurants, bars in walking distance. Friendly neighbors and nice and quiet.
Cons
Common areas aren’t always as clean as they could be (never really dirty, though, and hasn’t been an issue for us). There are occasional “old building” issues but that’s to be expected.
