Unkept and Uncaring
Pros
Hot water is good and the location is good.
Cons
There are a lot of bugs regardless of it the exterminator comes. The landlord and super will not respond unless you keep calling.

Clean up the place

Unprofessional super, packages get stolen quite frequently

Change entrance lock system and set up cameras
