Lovely neighborhood in LES
Pros
low rise building, only three apartments in this building - location is great and quiet, close to subway and groceries / chinatown
Cons
only con is the walk up, but it’s not that terrible either - heating is central heating so it gets too hot and you can’t control it in the winter

Can be finicky about when recycling can go out Some neighbors move furniture a lot
