Great location with everything you need
Pros
Right across the street from the subway. Huge bathrooms for NYC. Good natural light for south facing units. In-building laundry is a plus.
Cons
The hallways could use some real updating. Seems to be an occasional pest issue, but nothing compared to other places. Would prefer an app for laundry and updated machines.

Very nice apartments, building somewhat old but great.
