Pros
Good amount of natural lighting inside apartment
Cons
Pest issues, repeated package theft, smoke smell from neighbors gets into apartment, bad washer/dryer in the unit
Advice to the owners
Lots of room for improvement

Great Building and managemnet
Pros
Heat is great, garbage always taken care of, I feel safe in this area.
Cons
Washer dryer is cool to have but the dryer needs to dry like 2/3 times for the clothes to be dry but might just mine, maybe an easy fix idk. Water pressure in the building makes a lot of noise for some reason (I'm assuming thats what the constant sound is). I've gotten used to it though. I don't like that the rooftop is only for the landlord because that would be a nice feature.
Advice to the owners
Allow others to use the roof.
