No second exit
Pros
When I lived here we liked the location,access to train, and the neighbor is nice.
Cons
We lived in “#2” which doesn’t have a second exit. So of there was a fire downstairs we couldn’t get out.
Advice to the owners
Get the place legalized and get a fire escape
