A year at 1108 Gates
Pros
Rent was cheap and my apartment had a nice kitchen island with ac units in both the living room and bedroom
Cons
The neighborhood is a bit rough. And you can hear noise whenever the J train goes by and from people blasting music in their cars There's only 1 washer and dryer. They're tiny and coin operated
Advice to the owners
Upgrade the laundry!
