- No heat in winter. - Spoke terribly about former tenant, but he is also a bad landlord. - Promises Appointment times but cancels or shows up unannounced. - no screen on windows. - no air circulation in basement. Mold is everywhere. - Only cares for his payment doesn’t care about up-keeping his duties as a landlord. - Super only takes out some trash. Never cleans in front of the house. Neighbors agree that he’s a terrible super. - the front of the house is always dirty and disgusting. (Dog Poop, loose trash such as but not limited to napkins , tissues , plastic wrappers , cups, glass bottles , tree branches&trunks, leaves ) - landlord attempts to swindle. Consider yourself warned.
Advice to the owners
Talks a lot, miserly and likes to put a bandaid on a gaping wound.
