Loved the owners, very responsive and considerate
Pros
The apts are fully renovated, the neighbors were quite. The building was clean and landlords were always responsive.
Cons
There was no central heat. We had to use the electrical heaters in the apt, which cost a lot of money in the winter time. I could smell the weed in my apt, through the central vent
Advice to the owners
Having a central heat will be the thing that I suggest to fix.
