Great place to live!
Pros
Great live-in super, great doormen, elevator building, laundry in building, lots of windows, spacious
Cons
Loud, hot due to windows, non responsive unit owner

Horrible building -avoid
Pros
Water pressure is decent
Cons
Building staff is horrible, super allows his kids items to be left all over the lobby and the basement and is non responsive. Problems don’t get fixed they get bandaids and reoccur constantly. Huge rat problems in the basement and the heat is not consistent. Tenants smoke cigarettes in building so halls smell of smoke. Handy man is far from handy, taking money shadily from tenants for jobs he says he can do which are not done. He also is allowed to squat in a vacant apartment
