Trash chutes currently closed so must bring all garbage/recycling down to first floor

- Competitive rent prices - Decent location - Great super

Cons

- Management does not like to spend money. They are always looking for cheap fixes. - Packages get stolen - I've reported two gas leaks; their cheap fix didn't work for long. This seems to be an issue others have had. You need to be on top of checking for this kind of stuff
