Not the worst, not the best

Good location; close to the subway Laundry in unit
Cons
Random people constantly coming in and out of the building Loud neighbors Horrible walk up

Street noise is horrible.
Pros
Landlord is friendly. Lots of places to eat in neighborhood.
Cons
Noise. The neighborhood is just too noisy. Music blasting from cars at all hours of the night. It might wake you up. Cost of the apartment is also really high. Landlord slow to fix things.
Advice to the owners
Fix things quicker!
