Horrible situation in building

smoker’s building. so you do not have a fresh air! You can’t open the window ! Nobody can help you.! It’s sigh in lobby No smoke at balcony but nobody cares!

Advice to the owners

Take care of your tenants as a humans not like a dogs.

Very disappointed in this apartment complex

Pros

Very nice neighborhood. Not too far from the subway but close to a lot of residential homes as well

Cons

Neighbors never care to throw trash away through the garbage shoot. They just leave the trash on the actual floor where the shoot is and unfortunately I live right next door. This problem causes a lot of pest problems

Advice to the owners

Be more attentive.
