Great building, rent stabilized!

PTAC means expensive electricity bills Owner can be hard to reach, but generally is responsive on important matters.

Okay cheap spot
Pros
Never had bug issue. But I did live on the top floor. Lots of good grocery and household stores nearby. Management was hands off but I never had major issues.
Cons
Always had packages stolen. The heaters made horrible noise, let out so much steam. The kitchen cabinets were too high even for a tall person like me. I needed a step ladder to reach the second and third shelf. No drawer in kitchen.
