Great location, great parking, view of Manhattan, dog friendly, affordable
Cons
Bugs in the building, including roaches, bed bugs, etc. due to poor garbage management and ineffective extermination treatments — all the result of disastrous, inattentive management.
Advice to the owners
Sell the buildings and get out of property management..
Not worth the prize
Pros
The neighborhood is great. Close to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores etc. One a month a exterminator comes to spray.
Cons
The garbage space is so messy and chaotic. Honestly surprised I haven't seen a rat. The building itself is only cleaned once every two or three months which is not enough especially during the winter. You can hear your neighbors. I hear all the apartment next and under me. ALMOST EVERYTHING
Advice to the owners
Actually invest money into these building you buy. It's not cute that the building next to us that is own by someone else actually looks like its maintained by someone who cares.
