Noisy Neighbor's Dog
Pros
Location, Fast Response from Building Manager, Apartments are well laid out
Cons
There is one neighbor in the building who owns an apartment (I think she was grandfathered in). She has a dog that barks and cries from the time she leaves in the morning until around 5pm. She also lets her cat roam the hallways (and unfortunately, the cat is not friendly).
Advice to the owners
Find a way to evict the tenant.

Absent Super, Difficult to get Help with Issues, Lack of Security (Broken Front Doors and Locks, Broken Security Cameras), Filthy Stairway and Lobby, Poor Plumbing, Dirty Exterior Windows, Cockroaches

Care more than just your pocket.
