Charming and functional
Pros
Very Charming, location is the best, property manager responds quickly and kindly to literally anything you ask
Cons
Building is an old brownstone so it comes with common issues for those. Old fixtures, common area could use an update, neighbor disputes could be handled better.
Advice to the owners
Property survey with your tenants every year or so would go a long way
