Happy home would reccomend
Pros
Great location less than one block to the subway. Key doormen are great. Super is responsive and gets most things sorted within a day or two at most.
Cons
The non full time doormen aren’t great and renewal leases they try and push rents up unreasonably
Advice to the owners
Hire permanent doormen so they can develop relationships with the tenants

Wholesome building nice people

Nice people, great neighborhood, very clean
Cons
Construction next door and noisy street but the construction is almost done
