Beautiful apartment
Pros
Lots of space, super nice renovated + well maintained apartment
Cons
No guards on the front windows and door into the apartment has direct street access, doesn't feel very safe

Pretty great experience
Pros
Well-maintained building with great neighbours. Reasonable rent. Standing contract with a pest control company that stopped by monthly just to see if we needed them for anything.
Cons
Management wasn't always the most responsive, but could usually be counted on when you really needed them for something.
Advice to the owners
Enable online rent payment.
