Boiler broke multiple times over the winter, with hot water and heat being out. But never lasted more than 24 hours. Management could be more responsive to emails.

Great location, lots of grocery/restaurant options. Charming details in apartment. High ceilings.

Cons

Small units, mini fridge, no counter space, heavy traffic one way street. Spectrum is only internet option. Waterbug problem.
