Horrible experience / neighbors / landlord .

Whole building is done wrong .. lived in at 1L. AC wall units are not installed properly and they leak inside the walls. There was mold that was growing from baseboard going up the wall .there is plenty of mold inside the walls if it started to come out. Basement bedroom ( its a duplex apartment) was flooded 2x times and u can smell mold just walking down the stairs. Landlord didnt do proper aproach to fix / prevent mold. Tenants upstairs in apartment 2L live night life. They have littlw girl that plays from 11:00 pm to aprox 3:00 AM. We left several notices on doors and nothing ever help and landlord didnt want to have anything to do with it and told us to call police. Forget about getting your security deposit back they blamed us for leaky pipe under the sink that damaged cabinet. Most of all there is no radiators .. split AC unit system works as heating as well. I spoke with AC people that came to service the apartment and they said these unit are not made to be primary heating source therefore put electric bills where constantly reaching $400 in winter. Horrible people to deal with.
Advice to the owners
Listen better to tenants request and act on them. They are your business
