short and sweet
Pros
Everything is near bus, train, store's and to wash clothes it's in the basement...... I also control the heat......
Cons
Management will not reach out right away and the super can be lazy.....
Advice to the owners
Reach out to us if we call , Talk to the super about his job, Many seniors are living in building and need help

Pretty place to stay

It’s Nice and looks very modern.
Cons
There’s not really much you can hate on the building.
