Relatively clean stairway
Cons
Water started leaking in my ceiling and it took months of calling and emailing and threatening to withhold rent in order for them to do a half-assed repair

Nice building, loud neighbors, but fine!!

Clean, dishwasher, tub, quiet neighborhood (during the day)
Cons
Dryer doesn’t work! better to go down the street to do your laundry. Neighbors love to party all night hard to ignore !
