Amazing luxury building

I lived in this building for 3 months and they had amazing security and the super was also always available and super friendly
Cons
Bike room is not easily accessible

Quiet and clean building
Pros
Generally pretty clean, super quiet. Neighbors are older and mainly keep to themselves.
Cons
Plumbing has been an issue at times.
